Anthony Ladesich

Film and Commercial Director

Film and commercial director Anthony Ladesich is based in Kansas City, Missouri where he lives with his amazing wife and two adorable dogs. They all share space with his stupid record collection and dumb guitars.

Ladesich, has worked for over 17 years as a writer. director, cinematographer and editor… producing award-winning films and commercials that have captured audiences across the country.

Ladesich’s commercial work fits it two worlds: narrative comedy and real people documentary vignettes.

Ladesich’s film work floats between narrative and documentary and includes “Two Sisters”, “Be it ever so humble, there’s no place”, “Corvalo”, “The Icarus 1”, “The Secret Story of Toys”, “Studio A”, “Cowtown Ballroom, Sweet Jesus”, Forty Five: The Search for Soul, web series “LOVEsongs” and the in-production anthology series, LITTLE GAMES.

A two-time Emmy award winner, Ladesich’s work is driven by story and a desire to expose the human condition with a storytelling style based on the notion that there are two ways to tell a story: a mile wide and an inch deep, which covers a hell of a lot of ground but doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of what a story means. Or you can go an inch wide and a mile deep. Ladesich’s stories go a mile deep to tell a story that will profoundly resonate with the audience… Stories that dig down and find a deeper purpose.

Ladesich is currently writing his first feature film with his writing partner Trey Hock.

Ladesich is available for work in the mid-west and on both coasts. Also… he is available to just hang out and trade restaurant recommendations and stuff.
