  • adam@ghostatomicpictures.com

Co-Founder, Creative Director, Executive Producer, and mediocre staff-meeting comedian Adam Rothlein got an early start to his production career, directing a summer camp talent show at age 13. He’s been unable to stop giving notes ever since (whether he’s asked or not). Luckily, he made a career out of it, attending the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan and starting his first production company, shooting B-roll for various record labels.

Adam then went on to run Speedway Films until 2008 when he and Gibran Perrone started Ghost Atomic Pictures with an ambition to produce quality projects that emphasize creativity. Among the many accomplishments of which he can boast, Adam maintains his greatest achievement is the business partnership he has built with Gibran. (Though directing the 2018 CMT Award’s Video of the Year wasn’t half bad). If he could just avoid “a—holes and European parking garages,” his life would be perfect.

  • gibran@ghostatomicpictures.com

Gibran Perrone grew up in Ashland, Oregon, inspired by Shakespeare and The Bionic Woman. Gibran graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney before finding her way to Los Angeles. Prior to starting Ghost Atomic with Adam Rothlein, Gibran worked in advertising and public relations. She honed her production knowledge on Studio films and her storytelling skills working for screenwriters Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver (Jurassic World & Rise of the Planet of the Apes). A ghostwriter for YA novels and memoirs in her spare time, Gibran loves to tell stories that inform, enlighten, and touch the heart. She might not be able to jump two stories high, but she does keep a bionic ear to the ground to ensure that Ghost Atomic delivers the best product every time.

  • Marc Brown, Head of Content and Operations, brings creative finesse and wealth of experience to Ghost Atomic. Born and raised in Erie, PA, Marc attended University of Pennsylvania and then Columbia University where he earned his MFA. Marc's impressive career includes VP roles at Playboy TV – where one of his proudest achievements was introducing his dad to Hugh Hefner – and running the post-production team at Beachbody. Beyond his award-winning career, Marc's most rewarding moments include writing plays and parenting two remarkable kids (and one remarkable mixed terrier named Benny).  A key player in the company's evolution, Marc's expertise, humor, and zest for life invigorate each project, and his role as a mentor pushes the entire team toward their highest levels of creativity and efficiency, guaranteeing Ghost Atomic delivers top-tier content.

  • stephanie@ghostatomicpictures.com

A native Angeleno, Project Manager Stephanie Rosales grew up wanting to be NASCAR Driver and Biologist. After graduating from Cal State, Los Angeles, she put her dreams of racing in the Daytona 500 on hold and worked as a Production Coordinator and Social Media Manager at AT&T Creative Services, before landing her professed “dream job” here at Ghost Atomic. Though Stephanie excels at seeing multiple projects through from beginning to end, she still strives to “be better and even more efficient.” (Though we’re not entirely sure that’s possible.) When she’s not busy ensuring every detail goes off without a hitch, Stephanie enjoys running and hanging out with her chihuahua, Rapunzel. Stephanie is indispensable to Ghost Atomic; NASCAR doesn’t know what it’s missing.

  • dez@ghostatomicpictures.com

Greater or equal. This is the motto Producer/Director Dez Davis lives by, and it perfectly describes how she approaches her work at Ghost Atomic. The recipient of the Washingtonian Honor Award and having worked for Warner Brothers and Sony, with Dez you’re always getting more. Having studied Digital Filmmaking and Video Production at the Art Institute of Washington D.C., Dez started her career as a music video director and editor and comes to Ghost Atomic with a wealth of experience as both a writer and producer with credits, including Birds of Prey and Lego Movie 2. On her off days, you might find Dez fixing old clocks (meticulous to the end) with her Cockapoo Boxer. Well, we assume Boxer’s there more for moral support.

  • tim@ghostatomicpictures.com

Growing up near Monterey, Tim Thompson spent his childhood at the aquarium and watching Jacques Cousteau films. After graduating from Brooks Institute of Photography, Tim stuck by the sea, moving to LA where he has worked for NFL.com and TMZ and directed music videos for names like Weird Al and Reel Big Fish (coincidence?) before happily landing here at Ghost Atomic. Equipped with creativity and the vision to direct it, Tim enjoys stepping forward into challenges, whether on set, in the editing bay, or even at home, where he plays role-playing games, like Skyrim and Fallout. Tim is proud of his work and is always looking forward to creating more amazing content with his peers at Ghost Atomic.

  • gavin@s944573047.onlinehome.us

Growing up, Gavin Fisher wanted to be a rockstar, and while he hasn’t sold out the Hollywood Bowl (yet), he’s achieved that success in spades at Ghost Atomic. He is a whiz at everything he does, from solving complicated post-production problems to drone flying skills that would put Top Gun flyers to shame. Having graduated from The Art Institute of Atlanta, Gavin has worked on music videos for high-profile artists, even shooting a documentary where he met his childhood guitar gods. Here at Ghost Atomic, Gavin is “pumped” about his current role and brings that energy to each project in which he is involved. In his free time, you can find Gavin woodworking and playing music with his two awesome kids and golden retriever, Bongo.

  • alex@ghostatomicpictures.com

Chief Story Writer Alex Brenner spent his childhood living up and down the West Coast before finally landing in Los Angeles, where he attended UCLA. Alex has been lucky enough to work with and write for Blumhouse, Hallmark, and National Lampoon, as well as director Randal Kleiser (Grease, The Blue Lagoon). At Ghost Atomic, Alex works hard to ensure that no matter the project, engaging content, and heart are at the center of all the stories he writes. In his home life, Alex enjoys hanging out with his “full-figured” cat Rosie (don’t call her fat!) and skateboarding, albeit poorly, he admits.

  • odin@s944573047.onlinehome.us

Coming from Kent, Washington, Odin Wadleigh attended school at San Francisco’s Academy of Art University. After graduating, and moving to Los Angeles, Odin spent the next 15 years directing, shooting, and editing music videos for artists like System of a Down and Cypress Hill. Since coming to Ghost Atomic, Odin works tirelessly to film video content for clients all over the world, and it is that level of determination, incredible eye for detail, and expertise that he brings to each of his projects here. Odin, not to be confused with his Norse God namesake, would much rather spend his weekends at a museum or making a pizza than ruling Asgard.

  • David.burns@ghostatomicpictures.com

David Burns is a Director of Photography and Producer at Ghost Atomic with 15 years of experience in a broad spectrum of projects including music videos and feature films. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, David made his way south to Seattle where he attended Seattle Film Institute and started his own film equipment rental company. A self-taught musician (even more impressive in his full Stormtrooper costume) David brings his adaptability, dedication, and a creative eye to each project he takes on at Ghost Atomic. While his work for us takes him all over the world, he asks us to remind you, if you see him on a plane, please do not pull on his seat.

  • evan@ghostatomicpictures.com

Evan Clark was born in Rialto, California and although he never reached his childhood goal of being a firefighter by day while moonlighting as a ninja, he is an exemplary Technical DP at Ghost Atomic. Coming out of Cal State, San Bernadino, Evan has worked on skate videos for Pharmacy Boardshop, live event coverage, and music videos, but he’s most proud of making it to 38 without ever eating at an Arby’s. Evan may never have gotten the job combo he was aiming for, but since he treats each project at Ghost Atomic with the dedication of a firefighter and the precision of a ninja, we think he still may have a shot.

  • malcolm@ghostatomicpictures.com

Head of Post-Production, Malcolm Brooker comes to Ghost Atomic a marketing veteran with over 25 years of experience. Originally from Sussex, England, Malcolm attended the University of Wales and went on to start as a video editor at Norm Marshall & Associates and worked his way up to Senior Vice President. Since being instrumental in the company’s sale, Malcolm has worked as an independent video editor for major companies like Hostess and Jirav before coming to Ghost Atomic. Known for his reliability, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile, Malcolm is an asset to his team and the company (and not just because we like his accent).

  • david@ghostatomicpictures.com

David Williams has had a hand in video production since day one, making skate videos and “Jackass” tributes with his friends in his hometown of Pittsburgh. All this time later, David has not slowed down a bit, with his videos now playing for thousands at Microsoft Inspire. In his free time, David is no less of a rockstar as he plays guitar for bands in Los Angeles and New York, earning him a writing credit for a Billboard Top 100 song and a cover spot on Rolling Stone India. David treats every project in which he’s involved with passion and creativity, from precisely measuring his “perfect cup of coffee” every morning to the stellar work he does at Ghost Atomic every day.

  • Mascot. Rockstar. Maude provides, cuteness, cuddles, and plenty of energy. Need a bark track? She’s your girl!

In memory of our esteemed editor, Robert Andrew Zerweck, whom we sadly lost over the holiday break.

Gone but never forgotten. Forever in our hearts and minds.

"Lives of great men all remind us
We can make our lives sublime,
And, departing, leave behind us
Footprints on the sands of time."
